WE DID IT! We ended 2021 with a huge message. One that opens up waves of community connection,  walking among the  beauty within our city and encouraging ways to work on our wellness!

WE DID IT AGAIN! ! We ended 2022 with a huge message. HEART & SOUL YOGA fosters hope and nurtures healing, one person at a time. A morning meant to connect our community with healthy food, healthy activities and healthy connections.
